Dear Metas, From September 18 to September 24, Once Human banned a total of 236 players. Among them, 230 players were publicly penalized for using cheats, and 30 players were punished for maliciously affecting other players.

Dear Metas, We have observed that since the class update on September 16(PT, all dates in this announcement are in PT), players have continuously reported an issue where beast whistles fail to summon animals. This is due to adjustments we made to the way animals are summoned and Beast Whistle is used in this Beastmaster riding ability update.

Dear Metas, From September 5 to September 10, Once Human banned a total of 171 players. Among them, 91 players were publicly penalized for using cheats, and 29 players were punished for maliciously affecting other players.

Dear Metas, After the class system adjustment details were announced, we received a great deal of feedback and suggestions regarding changes to the Beastmaster, Gardener, and other classes. Over the past few days, the dev team has read through every comment from worldwide Metas.

Dear Metas, Since the launch of permanent servers, we have received a lot of feedback regarding the permanent server experience, including issues such as low populations on some servers, Metas in the same region and same scenario being scattered across multiple servers, and returning players being assigned to different servers where they cannot reunite with their friends.
