Dear Metas,
Since the launch of the Christmas Twitch Drops event, we have been closely monitoring feedback and suggestions from the Once Human community. Recently, we noticed that some Metas encountered problems receiving rewards due to an issue with the mail system.
Solution
If you have completed the twitch drops tasks but received only partial rewards or no rewards at all, please follow these steps to resolve the issue:
Check Account Link Status
Ensure your account is properly linked. Follow the steps in the guide below to verify
Complete Scenario Settlement
Make sure your character has completed the scenario settlement and successfully entered the new scenario. Incomplete settlements may result in missing reward emails.
Check Your Mailbox
Verify that your mailbox is not full and check your Eternaland mailbox to ensure you have not overlooked any emails.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue, we will reissue the missing rewards via in-game mail by January 17.
