Dear Metas, To thank you for supporting Once Human, on January 27, we provided a thank-you compensation to players who participated in the 10 phases of the Lightforge Loot Crate between August 15 and December 19. We've received a lot of questions and feedback from users, and we'd like to address the following points:

Dear Metas, We're planning a server maintenance and update on February 12 at 8:00 PM (PT). The maintenance is expected to last about 2 hours, but the actual duration may differ. Please plan your gameplay accordingly for the best experience.

Dear Metas, To allow more time for collecting and opening Spring Festival Lucky Crates, the Lucky Painting event has been extended through February 23. From February 12 to February 16, we will distribute 12 Lucky Crates in total via daily in-game mail. These crates will be split across the 5-day period—be sure to log in every day to claim your rewards!
