Since the console version launched on August 25(PT), we have received feedback and suggestions regarding the claiming and use of console pre-order bundles. Some of you have encountered issues such as being unable to claim the bundles, receiving them on the wrong character, or not knowing how to use them after purchasing. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration caused.
Over the past few days, the dev team has been focusing on fixes and adjustments. Below, we'll address the most frequently reported issues and explain our current plans.
We have identified several scenarios that may prevent Metas who purchased the pre-order bundle from claiming or using it, as detailed below:
1) The bundle was sent to a character other than the one currently being played, or it was not claimed from the mailbox.
The bundle will be sent via mail to the first character you created. You will need to complete the beginner tutorial to unlock the mail system and claim it. If you have switched characters, please check the mailbox of your first created character to find and claim it (you will need to complete the tutorial first).
2) The Battle Pass, Meta Pass, and Selection Gift Pack included in the pre-bundle have not been used.
Battle Pass Vouchers and Meta Pass Vouchers can be viewed in the coupon pack in the Shop, and you will need to go to the Shop interface to activate and use them: when you click to purchase, the voucher will be automatically applied, allowing you to unlock the purchase for 0 currency.
The Selection Gift Pack needs to be selected and claimed from your backpack.

3) Due to a brief delivery platform issue, some Metas did not receive their pre-order bundles upon logging in.
This issue has been fixed, though a very small number of Metas may still not have received it. We will continue to send out the missing items. If you have completed the tutorial with your first created character and did not receive the bundle in your mailbox, you can also report it via bug report in the function menu interface, or via the feedback platform.
In response to the above situations, we will address them in stages:
1) We will send guidance emails to Metas who have not yet claimed their bundle mail, or who claimed it but failed to activate their Battle Pass/Meta Pass. Please check your inbox and follow the instructions provided.
2) On August 31, we will re-check the bundle claiming status and Battle Pass/Meta Pass activation status of pre-ordered players. For those who have not claimed their bundle or failed to activate their Battle Pass/Meta Pass, we will reissue/activate them accordingly.
3) On September 1, we will issue compensation to all players who purchased the Meta Pass. Please stay tuned for further announcements regarding the specific compensation content.
If you have any suggestions or questions, please feel free to reach out to us through the in-game [Submit Bug Report] feature or in-game customer service. We apologize once again for the inconvenience caused by issues during the initial launch, and thank you all for your understanding and continued support.
