Since the console version launched, we have received many reports from console players regarding controls, display, audio, and other issues. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
Currently, we are urgently investigating and working on fixes for the following issues:
• An issue where the backpack is not full, but the game incorrectly says it is full, preventing players from continuing to pick up items
• An issue during the beginner process where, after defeating the Haunted House and claiming the chest reward, the game incorrectly says “Backpack full” even when the backpack is not full
• An issue where jumping while entering story dialogue may cause the character to be launched into the air and fall
• An issue where players cannot add friends and are told they have been blocked by the other player
• An issue where players cannot see their friends
• An issue where mouse and keyboard cannot be used properly
• An issue where bicycles/vehicles cannot be ridden
• An issue where there is no in-game sound
• An issue where the PS5 PSN Friends List displays garbled text
• An issue where controller deadzone settings do not take effect
• An issue where the character gets stuck in place after interacting with The Digby Boy
• An issue where character skins display abnormally and turn completely black
In addition, we are still receiving a large number of reports regarding console pre-order bundles not being delivered. This issue has now been fixed. However, due to delivery delays, some console players may still experience a delay in receiving their pre-order bundles. If you have not received the bundle yet, please relog into the game and check your in-game mail to see whether the corresponding bundle has arrived. If it still has not arrived, please contact us through the in-game [Submit Bug Report] feature.
