Dear Metas,

Some packs sold in the Once Human shop include randomized drop mechanics. The current rules and reward probabilities are listed below.

Shop - Combo Crate (Updated April 23)

While the Combo Crate is available, you can spend Crystgin to exchange for the currency needed to open them and receive 1 random reward from the prize pool, or buy the full bundle to claim all rewards at once. Progress is shared across all characters on the same account. After the Combo Crate leaves the shop, it may return in the future. For more details, please check the in-game Shop > Combo Crate page.

Lucky Draw Rules:

1. Each time you open a Combo Crate, you are guaranteed 1 reward from the Combo Crate prize pool that you do not already own. Rewards do not repeat. If the prize pool contains N rewards, you will get all of them within N openings.

2. You can buy the remaining rewards in the prize pool at any time. The value of rewards you have already drawn will be deducted from the total price. The total value of all rewards in the pool equals the full purchase price. You can check the deducted values in the probability announcement.

Probability Calculation:

Each reward in the prize pool is assigned a draw weight based on its rarity. Each time you open a crate, the chance of getting a specific reward is calculated as follows:

Chance of drawing reward A = Weight of reward A / Total weight of all remaining items in the prize pool.

Rewards that have already been drawn are removed from the prize pool, and their weights are no longer included in the calculation.

Probability Calculation Example:

1) On your first draw in "Newbie Crate: Purple Lightning," the chance of getting "Purple Lightning" is: Weight of "Purple Lightning" / Total weight of all 6 rewards in the prize pool = 0.85% (5 / (5 + 20 + 80 + 80 + 200 + 200) = 0.85%).

2) On your second draw in "Newbie Crate: Purple Lightning," assume your first draw gave you "Wise Fool Eyewear." The weight of "Wise Fool Eyewear" is then removed from the prize pool, so it cannot be drawn again. The chance of getting "Purple Lightning" on this draw is: Weight of "Purple Lightning" / Total weight of the remaining 5 rewards in the Prize Pool = 0.99% (5 / (5 + 20 + 80 + 200 + 200) = 0.99%).

The same rule applies to every draw after that: the chance is based on the weights of the rewards still left in the prize pool.

Shop - Special Gift Box

While the Special Gift Box is available, you can spend Crystgin to purchase it. Each box guarantees 1 permanent or time-limited cosmetic item when opened. Progress is shared across all characters on the same account. After the box leaves the shop, it may return in the future. For more details, please check the in-game Shop > Character > Special Gift Box page.

1. Buying a gift box gives you 1 random permanent or time-limited weapon skin. The probabilities for each limited-time duration are shown below.

2. Once the total limited-time duration for a cosmetic item reaches 45 days, that skin is permanently unlocked. Permanently unlocked skins will no longer appear in the gift box.

2. Once all weapon skins in the gift box have been permanently unlocked, any duplicate gift boxes from later purchases will be converted into a certain amount of tokens.

3. Gift boxes with the same name share the same cosmetic unlock progress, including those obtained through exchange or other methods. Limited-time skin days gained from other sources do not count toward the total.

Shop - Territory Furniture Combo Crate

While the Territory Furniture Combo Crate is available, you can spend Crystgin to buy it. Each time you open it, you are guaranteed 1 finished plushie from the Plush Tales series. Progress is shared across all characters on the same account. Finished plushies you obtain can be transferred to another character. For more details, check the Combo Crate page under Shop - Territory - Furniture Items in-game.

1. Each Combo Crate gives you 1 random finished furniture item. You can check what you got in your backpack or on the Display Shelf.

2. Combo Crate rewards are divided into rare and basic items. You are guaranteed 1 rare reward every 15 draws.

3. All finished furniture items from the Combo Crate can be dismantled on the Display Shelf. Dismantling them gives you Combo Crate Coupons.

4. You can spend the required number of Combo Crate Coupons on the Display Shelf to synthesize and draw from the Combo Crate again.

Battle Pass Redeem Shop - Lost & Returned Pack (Updated April 23)

While the Lost & Returned Pack is available, you can spend Silver Keys to purchase it. Each opening of the crate guarantees 1 reward. Progress is shared across all characters on your account. The Lost & Returned Pack updates with the Battle Pass theme. After it's removed for a limited time, it may return again in the future. 1. You can only use Silver Keys to redeem the current "Lost" gift pack after unlocking the advanced version of the current Battle Pass.

2. Each time you open the "Lost" gift pack, you receive 1 random reward. Cosmetic rewards do not repeat.

- If the "Lost" gift pack contains 25 rewards, you will get all of them within 25 openings.

3. If you have already collected a cosmetic reward before, getting it again from "Lost" will convert it into a certain amount of Silver Keys.
