Dear Metas,

From March 13 to March 19, Once Human banned a total of 197 players. Among them, 97 players were publicly penalized for using cheats, and 21 players were punished for maliciously affecting other players.

Because the AI model is still being updated, backend monitoring data shows there is still a slight chance of false bans being triggered. If you have any questions or concerns about a penalty, please submit an appeal through the in-game appeal screen. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

We have continued to receive reports from Metas regarding cheating players. During this period, the most frequently reported cheating types included wall clipping, ESP (extrasensory perception), aimbot, flying, and teleporting. We have promptly verified these reports and taken appropriate action.

We are committed to creating a fair and healthy competitive environment for every Meta. If you encounter any violations or believe your account has been wrongly banned, please reach out through our official customer service channels to submit an appeal or provide feedback.

Reporting Violations: Please submit relevant evidence of violations through the in-game reporting system, official customer service, or the feedback platform.

Wrongful Bans: Please submit a review request through the official appeal channel. We commit to responding within 24 hours and upgrading our wrongful ban compensation plan.

Finally, during this period, a total of 180 compensation grants have been issued to 454 players under the cheat damage compensation mechanism. The current scope of compensation cannot yet cover all situations. If you have encountered cheating but did not receive compensation, we sincerely apologize. This does not mean your experience has been overlooked — it reflects current limitations in our detection and coverage mechanisms. If you have any compensation-related concerns, please submit feedback via official customer service, including details such as match information, specific time, and the impact you experienced. Every piece of feedback you provide is crucial for us to improve our compensation algorithms and expand protection coverage.

Below is a list of players recently penalized for severe violations. The accounts listed have been reviewed and confirmed to be in violation. If you have any questions, please contact in-game customer service.

1. Language violations

From March 20 to March 26, a total of 158 penalties were issued for language violations:

30 days — 6 cases

7 days — 15 cases

1 day — 104 cases

2 hours — 33 cases

We've been paying close attention to feedback regarding the chat restriction system and have launched a focused optimization effort. Improvements include upgraded smart filtering to reduce false positives and better manual review processes for more accurate judgment. We'll continue refining this system to make communication smoother.

2. Use of cheats or hacks

We will identify the characteristics of newly discovered cheats and use them for retroactive investigations. After banning an account, we will check if it has any associated "alt" accounts and ban those as well.
