Dear Metas,

From March 6 to March 12, Once Human banned a total of 137 players. Among them, 75 players were publicly penalized for using cheats, and 4 players were punished for maliciously affecting other players.

Because the AI model is still being updated, backend monitoring data shows there is still a slight chance of false bans being triggered. If you have any questions or concerns about a penalty, please submit an appeal through the in-game appeal screen. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

We have continued to receive reports from Metas regarding cheating players. During this period, the most frequently reported cheating behaviors included wallhacks, aimbots, flying, teleporting, clipping through walls, and abnormal damage. We have promptly verified these reports and taken appropriate action.

Moving forward, we will strengthen real-time data monitoring and retrospective enforcement against groups engaging in malicious in-game behaviors such as frequent use of cheats, carrying cheaters, or verbally harassing others. Once suspicious malicious activities or benefits gained through cheating are detected, we will conduct periodic retrospective penalties. The list of penalized accounts will be published in the corresponding cycle’s Fair Play Announcement.

We reiterate that RaidZone is a survival competition experience that emphasizes fairness. Any individual or team actions that disrupt the game’s fair environment are strictly prohibited. We encourage all Metas to report such incidents and submit evidence through the in-game reporting system or other official feedback channels. Upon verification, appropriate actions will be taken.

Additionally, we have recently received numerous reports regarding abnormalities related to building mechanics, and the relevant issues are currently being optimized. Players who are found to have exploited building glitches will receive warning emails and may have their territories reclaimed. For severe cases, account bans will also be imposed.

If you encounter any violations in the game, please report them through the designated channels or official customer service. We will promptly investigate and eliminate any behavior that undermines fair play. Let’s work together to maintain a fair gaming ecosystem and reject malicious actions! Finally, since the launch of the anti-cheat damage compensation mechanism, a total of 608 compensation grants have been issued to 203 players during this period.

At present, the scope of compensation cannot yet cover all possible situations. If you have been negatively affected by cheating players but did not receive compensation, we sincerely apologize. This does not mean that your experience has been overlooked; rather, it reflects the current limitations of our detection and coverage mechanisms. If you wish to apply for compensation, please submit feedback through the official customer support channels and include detailed information such as match details, date and time, and the specific losses incurred. Every piece of feedback you provide is essential for us to further optimize our compensation algorithms and expand the scope of protection.

1. Language violations

From March 6 to March 12, a total of 144 penalties were issued for language violations:

30 days — 2 cases

7 days — 15 cases

1 day — 104 cases

2 hours — 23 cases

We've been paying close attention to feedback regarding the chat restriction system and have launched a focused optimization effort. Improvements include upgraded smart filtering to reduce false positives and better manual review processes for more accurate judgment. We'll continue refining this system to make communication smoother.

2. Use of cheats or hacks
