Dear Metas,

From February 27 to March 5, Once Human banned a total of 129 players. Among them, 49 players were publicly penalized for using cheats, and 14 players were punished for maliciously affecting other players.

Because the AI model is still being updated, backend monitoring data shows there is still a slight chance of false bans being triggered. If you have any questions or concerns about a penalty, please submit an appeal through the in-game appeal screen. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

We have continued to receive reports from Metas regarding cheating players. During this period, the most frequently reported cheating behaviors included wallhacks, aimbots, flying, teleporting, clipping through walls, and abnormal damage. We have promptly verified these reports and taken appropriate action.

Moving forward, we will enhance real-time data monitoring and retrospective enforcement against groups engaging in malicious in-game behaviors like frequent use of hacks, carrying cheaters, or verbal harassment. Once suspicious malicious activities or benefits gained through cheating are detected, we will conduct periodic retrospective penalties. The list of penalized accounts will be published in the corresponding cycle's Fair Play Announcement. We reiterate that RaidZone is a survival competition experience that emphasizes fairness. Any individual or team actions that disrupt the game's fair environment are strictly prohibited. We encourage all Metas to report such incidents and submit evidence through the in-game reporting system or other official feedback channels. Upon verification, appropriate actions will be taken.

Additionally, any exploitation of automated scripts, game exploits, or bugs to gain unfair advantages will result in penalties once confirmed.

If you encounter any violations in the game, please report them through the designated channels or official customer service. We will prioritize investigation and eliminate any behavior that undermines fair play. Let’s work together to maintain a fair gaming ecosystem and reject malicious actions! Finally, since the launch of the anti-cheat damage compensation mechanism, a total of 653 compensation grants have been issued to 236 players during this period. If you have any questions regarding anti-cheat damage compensation, please feel free to contact us through our official customer support channels. This mechanism is intended to help make up for the losses players may have suffered in fair competitive play due to cheating. Every compensation granted reflects our firm zero-tolerance policy toward cheats and our serious commitment to protecting the rights and interests of affected players.

At present, the scope of compensation cannot yet cover all possible situations. If you have been negatively affected by cheating players but did not receive compensation, we sincerely apologize. This does not mean that your experience has been overlooked; rather, it reflects the current limitations of our detection and coverage mechanisms. If you wish to apply for compensation, please submit feedback through the official customer support channels and include detailed information such as match details, date and time, and the specific losses incurred. Every piece of feedback you provide is essential for us to further optimize our compensation algorithms and expand the scope of protection.

1. Language violations

From February 27 to March 5, a total of 102 players received bans for language violations:

30 days — 3 players

7 days — 7 players

1 day — 74 players

2 hours — 18 players

We've been paying close attention to feedback regarding the chat restriction system and have launched a focused optimization effort. Improvements include upgraded smart filtering to reduce false positives and better manual review processes for more accurate judgment. 2. Use of cheats or hacks
