For the box and crates sold in the Once Human shop that include random probability mechanisms, here are current mechanisms and the probabilities of obtaining rewards as follows:

Shop – Special Gift Box

During the availability period of the Special Gift Box, you can use "Crystgin" to purchase the Special Gift Box. Each opening guarantees a permanent or limited-time appearance. Character records are shared across the account. After the limited-time offer ends, it may return in the future. For more information, please check the in-game shop under Character > Special Gift Box for product details.

1. Purchasing a Special Gift Box will randomly grant one of the permanent or time-limited weapon skins listed. The probabilities for time-limited durations are disclosed in the table below.

2. Once the cumulative time-limited duration of a skin reaches 45 days, the skin will be permanently unlocked. Skins that have already been permanently unlocked will no longer appear in the Special Gift Box.

3. If all weapon skins in the Special Gift Box have been permanently unlocked, any duplicate Special Gift Boxes obtained through further purchases will be converted into a certain amount of tokens.

4. The progress of unlocking shared skins in Special Gift Boxes obtained through exchange or other methods will be synchronized. However, time-limited skin durations obtained through other means will not contribute to the cumulative total.

Shop - Blind Box

During the Blind Box availability period, you can spend "Crystgin" to purchase blind boxes. Each opening is guaranteed to obtain a finished doll from the Plush Tales series. Records are shared across characters under the same account, and the obtained finished dolls can be transferred to switch ownership between characters. 1. Each Blind Box will randomly grant a finished furniture item, which you can view in your backpack or display shelf.

2. Blind box rewards are divided into rare and basic types. You are guaranteed to receive one rare reward for every 15 Blind box draws.

3. Finished furniture items obtained from the Blind Box can be dismantled in the display shelf, and dismantling will grant Blind Box Coupons.

4. You can use the corresponding number of Blind Box Coupons to synthesize and draw Blind Boxes again in the display shelf.

Battle Pass Shop – Return Cleaner Box

During the reissue period of the past Battle Pass "Return Gleaner"crate, you can use "Silver Keys" to make purchases. Each time you open it, you are guaranteed to receive one reward that won’t be repeated from dropping. The reissue will follow the Battle Pass theme and will be temporarily removed after the limited-time period. You can wait for future reissues. Character records are shared across accounts. 1. You must unlock the premium version of the current Battle Pass before you can use Silver Keys to redeem the current reissue "Return Gleaner" bundle.

2. Each time you open a reissue "Return Gleaner", you will obtain one random reward. Appearance rewards will not repeat.

- If the "Return Gleaner" contains 25 rewards, opening it 25 times will guarantee obtaining all rewards.

3. If you have already collected the corresponding appearance rewards before, any duplicate appearances obtained from the "Return Gleaner" will be converted into a certain amount of Silver Keys.
