Dear Metas,

From January 16 to January 22, Once Human banned a total of 215 players overseas, including 92 penalized for cheating, 6 for using studio accounts or cheat alts, and 7 for maliciously disrupting other players.

Because the AI model is still being updated, backend monitoring data shows there is still a slight chance of false bans being triggered. If you have any questions or concerns about a penalty, please submit an appeal through the in-game appeal screen. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

We've continued to receive reports from Metas about cheating behavior. This week, there have been numerous reports of cheating types such as speed hacks, flying, wallhacks, and abnormal hit detection. We've promptly verified and taken action on these cases.

Moving forward, we will enhance real-time data monitoring and retrospective enforcement against groups engaging in malicious in-game behaviors like frequent use of hacks, carrying cheaters, or verbal harassment. Once suspicious malicious activities or benefits gained through cheating are detected, we will conduct periodic retrospective penalties. The list of penalized accounts will be published in the corresponding cycle's Fair Play Announcement. We reiterate that RaidZone is a survival competition experience that emphasizes fairness. Any individual or team actions that disrupt the game's fair environment are strictly prohibited. We encourage all Metas to report such incidents and submit evidence through the in-game reporting system or other official feedback channels. Upon verification, appropriate actions will be taken.

Additionally, any exploitation of automated scripts, game exploits, or bugs to gain unfair advantages will result in penalties once confirmed.

If you encounter any violations in the game, please report them through the designated channels or official customer service. We will prioritize investigation and eliminate any behavior that undermines fair play. Let’s work together to maintain a fair gaming ecosystem and reject malicious actions! Below is a list of players recently penalized for severe violations. The accounts involved have been reviewed and confirmed to be in violation. For any questions, please contact in-game customer support.

1. Language violations

From January 16th to January 22nd, 2026, a total of 110 players received bans of varying durations for language violations:

30 days — 3 players

7 days — 12 players

1 day — 75 players

2 hours — 20 players

(Due to space limitations, we do not provide the list of players banned for speech violations.)

We've been paying close attention to feedback regarding the chat restriction system and have launched a focused optimization effort. Improvements include upgraded smart filtering to reduce false positives and better manual review processes for more accurate judgment. We'll continue refining this system to make communication smoother.

2. Use of cheats or hacks
