If you encounter any issues while playing, please contact us using the following methods:
PC: Open the in-game ESC menu → Feedback & Customer Support → Select Bug Report to submit your issue.
Mobile: Tap the menu button in the upper right corner → Tap the headphone icon in the sidebar → Select Customer Support→ Then choose Bug Report to submit your feedback.
If you're offline, you can also report issues via our official email: oncehuman@global.netease.com. We'll investigate as soon as we receive your message.
We've been gathering community feedback and actively addressing your concerns.
The following frequently reported issues are expected to be resolved within today:
1. After the version update, many iOS players may frequently encounter crashes. We have identified the issue and are urgently working on fixing it, with the resolution expected to be completed within today. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
2. We have received extensive feedback from online players regarding the issue of "excessive resource consumption for reinforcing territories in the Pollution Zone." After an urgent internal investigation, we discovered that this issue was caused by a numerical calculation error. We deeply apologize for this. We will fix this numerical issue within today. For all players who have already reinforced their territories, we will compensate you for the materials used in reinforcing the territories via in-game mail after the fix is completed.
3. We found that the game mistakenly placed the RaidZone's description of Corrosion effects in the Pollution Zone territories to non-RaidZone scenarios. The original description for Corrosion effects in territories stated: "Corrosion effects will gradually reduce the durability of structural buildings (foundations, walls, etc.) within the territory, with a minimum reduction to 20%." This rule only applies to RaidZones scenarios. For all non-RaidZone servers, the Corrosion rules for Pollution Zone territories are: "Corrosion effects will gradually reduce the durability of all building facilities within the territory until they are completely destroyed. Once destroyed, all property exceeding the vault capacity will be lost." Due to our oversight in documentation, we sincerely apologize for the negative experience caused to players. The adjustment to this description is expected to be completed within today.
4. We have received numerous player inquiries about why the Deviation Generator does not work in the Pollution Zone. This is because, under the current Pollution Zone mechanism, players need to completely move their territories into the Pollution Zone for the related facilities to take effect.
The following issues have already been resolved:
1. Fixed an issue where Metas could not enter a new server after registration in certain cases.
2. Fixed an issue where purchasing a large number of Dust Packs could cause lag.
3. Fixed an issue where Deviation skins were not properly synced cross characters.
4. Fixed an issue where frequent pop-up prompts occurred during world switching in certain cases.
1. In the January 21(PT) update, we will implement the blueprint system (after the update, old blueprints can no longer be calibrated) and the mod system. To help Metas maximize the use of their existing resources, we have adjusted the Supply Points required for calibration blueprints and most mod crates to 0 points. Please make sure to use your resources as soon as possible.

2. Fixed an issue where the points refunded during tech resets were incorrect in certain situations.
3. Fixed an issue where the Frost Vortex and Bounce effects failed to trigger correctly in rare cases.
4. Fixed an issue where, in some cases, animal companions would collect ores but the ores would not disappear.
1. We discovered that some content regarding combat adjustments for Status DMG entities was missing in the 2.2.5 version update announcement. The purpose of these adjustments is to optimize the combat experience and improve the accuracy of Status DMG entity descriptions. These adjustments have already been implemented in the game. To ensure that Metas fully understand the changes to combat mechanics, we are providing the following supplementary explanation:
1) Combat experience optimization:
(1) The perspective change when using the Ultimate of the Voodoo Doll has been removed.
(2) Adjustments have been made to Snowsprite's ice ball skill damage, increasing the skill's casting frequency and extending the duration of vulnerability, making it better align with the unique characteristics of Status DMG entities.
(3) Adjustments have been made to Pyro Dino's Battle Skill. When summoning Pyro Dino, using the Battle Skill will also summon Chefosaurus Rex to assist in combat.
2) Improving the accuracy of Status DMG entity descriptions:
(1) Fixed an issue where the skill tags of the Voodoo Doll were displayed incorrectly.
(2) Adjusted Snowsprite's skill description, removing the Deviant Energy Level 5-related numerical conditions.
We will continue to monitor the completeness of version update announcements to avoid similar issues in the future. Thank you for your understanding and support!
2. Fixed an issue where the Feedback & Customer Service entry would not respond in certain situations.
3. Fixed an issue where some accounts could not log in due to error pop-ups.
4. Fixed an issue where some players were unable to purchase specific types of items from the in-game store.
5. Fixed an issue where some players could not claim Collection Progress rewards for returning Lightforge Loot Crates.
6. Fixed an issue where the "Activity Not Started" prompt would incorrectly appear in certain situations.
7. Fixed an issue where dismantling crafted equipment would occasionally produce incorrect items.
8. Fixed issues related to Custom Server:
(1) Fixed an issue where adjusting the DMG Multiplier for Status DMG resulted in excessively high Status DMG in gameplay modes such as Securement Silos.
(2) Fixed an issue in the Custom Server for *Once Human: RaidZone* where weapons and armor would drop abnormally upon death in certain situations.
(3) Fixed an issue in *Once Human: RaidZone* where planting and breeding-related settings parameters were not displayed.
(4) After the Custom Server expires, players can purchase lower-tier options for more flexible choices.
9. Fixed an issue where the position of the material list in the crafting interface was incorrect, affecting crafting.
10. In the returning Lightforge Loot Crate interface, some accounts experienced a display error where the 10 half-price Lightforge Ingot purchase opportunities showed no discount. This issue is a client-side display error, and purchases will still be calculated correctly at half-price. Metas can rest assured when making purchases.
