Dear Metas,

From November 7th to November 13th, Once Human banned a total of 116 Players. This includes 105 players penalized for cheating, 11 players penalized for malicious interference.

Because the AI model is still being updated, backend monitoring data shows there is still a slight chance of false bans being triggered. If you have any questions or concerns about a penalty, please submit an appeal through the in-game appeal screen. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

We've continued to receive reports from Metas about cheating behavior. This week's most frequent offenses include flying, teleporting, and abnormal damage values and range. We've promptly verified and taken action on these cases. If you come across any violations in-game, please report them through the official reporting channel or customer service. We will review and address unfair behavior as quickly as possible.

Lastly, we've received reports from the Metas about a small number of players exploiting game glitches to clip into mountains or buildings. These issues are already being addressed, and players found guilty of maliciously exploiting bugs have been penalized. Let's work together to maintain a fair and healthy game environment and combat malicious actions. Thank you for your understanding and support!

Below is a list of players recently penalized for severe violations. The accounts involved have been reviewed and confirmed to be in violation. For any questions, please contact in-game customer support.

1. Language violations

From November 7th to November 13th, 2025, a total of 151 players received bans of varying durations for language violations:

30 days — 6 players

7 days — 9 players

1 day — 99 players

2 hours — 37 players

(Due to space limitations, we do not provide the list of players banned for speech violations.)

We've been paying close attention to feedback regarding the chat restriction system and have launched a focused optimization effort. Improvements include upgraded smart filtering to reduce false positives and better manual review processes for more accurate judgment. We'll continue refining this system to make communication smoother.

2. Use of cheats or hacks

We will identify the characteristics of newly discovered cheats and use them for retroactive investigations. After banning an account, we will check if it has any associated "alt" accounts and ban those as well.
