Dear Metas:
We invite all Metas to share your gaming experiences and suggestions in RaidZone to help us optimize the gameplay. Whether it's issues you've encountered or unique insights into the mechanics, every piece of feedback is a valuable reference for improving the game. Outstanding feedback will receive exclusive rewards, and we look forward to hearing from every Meta!

Metas can participate in the event by clicking the redirect button on the in-game event page - [RaidZone Feedback Rewards]. We will distribute corresponding rewards to Metas who provide valid feedback based on their Points ranking!
(Note: This event is only available to RaidZone Players~)
Event Duration: November 13 - December 13
Event Cycle: The event lasts for four weeks, with 2 weeks as a cycle. After the event starts, the Points leaderboard and outstanding feedback adoption announcements will be updated periodically.
How to Participate: Click the [Submit Feedback] redirect button on the in-game [RaidZone Feedback Rewards] event page to submit your feedback and join the event.
Points Rules: Due to the similar number of feedback submissions for this event, the reward rules have been adjusted to differentiate reward tiers. Under the premise of an equal number of valid feedback submissions, scores will be assigned based on the quality of Player feedback.
Reward Rules: Corresponding tiered rewards will be issued based on the Points ranking. Metas will also be notified of their event Points via email.
Metas who submit feedback will earn the following rewards:
- The top 1-3 point earners will receive Battle Pass: Luxurious Edition Voucher ×1
- The top 4-7 point earners will receive Battle Pass: Advanced Edition Voucher ×1
- The top 8-10 point earners will receive Crystgin ×500
- The top 11-20 point earners will receive 30-Day Meta Pass ×1
- All Metas who participate and submit valid feedback will receive Mitsuko's Mark ×100, Starchrom ×1,000
The rewards for this event can only be claimed once per account per phase. We will tally the total Points earned by all characters under a Meta's account and rank them accordingly for reward distribution. The leaderboard will display only one character's information per Player account.
Additionally, winning Metas will be notified of their event Points via in-game mail, with rewards attached. Please be sure to check your mail upon receiving it~
The first-phase leaderboard is expected to be announced on November 27.

Planner's Response |

Currently, many players who are new to the game believe there is no safety mechanism in place, which leads to them abandoning a server after their base is destroyed, making it difficult to rebuild. They might need a "Rosetta Safe" that, once crafted, provides 16 slots to store some materials. This safe cannot be destroyed, and even if a player's home is destroyed, they can return to the same spot to retrieve their "essential/restart materials" (though they should be cautious of ambushes). When the safe is empty, it can be packed into the backpack or automatically destroyed. If it contains materials, it remains in place, allowing players to rebuild even after losing their territory. I hope the developers consider this idea |
We are already considering an insurance mechanism. We also hope to provide more protection for solo players and give them the ability to rebuild |
|
The Territory Terminal might be too fragile. It could be upgraded by investing resources, which could be a good direction. For example, by investing a large amount of tungsten ingots, steel ingots, and chips, it could eventually have 8,000–10,000 HP. How about a final upgrade that includes an electromagnetic pulse for defense? This could provide the attacked player with a last line of defense. Additionally, resources could be invested to enable automatic reinforcement every 2/6/12/24 hours (as an option). Another issue is with the Meteor Vehicle, which seems to have a bug. Occasionally, when enemies deploy it, the range and markers are not visible on the map, and players only realize it when they are hit. I've provided a lot of feedback, and as a veteran player of Once Human, I hope the game continues to improve |
Automatic reinforcement is a great idea, and we will consider it. This could save a lot of time. We are also considering whether the reinforcement process could include automatic repair of building durability |
|
Dear developers! The idea of designing raid zones is fantastic, but when I entered the game, I saw a large number of abandoned player bases. This indicates that people are giving up on this scenario. The issue might lie in the reset mechanism—having to start over every day is not enjoyable. Many solo/duo players simply cannot stay online 24/7. Another discouraging factor is the Deviants. Before encountering these creatures, the game maintained a hardcore and serious atmosphere, but they cause severe imbalance in PvP battles. Thank you for your attention |
We are also considering addressing the grind issue by introducing different modes and servers with varying durations. As for anomalies, they are currently somewhat separated from the RaidZone. We are working on ways to provide players with a better experience of anomalies unique to the RaidZone |
|
As someone who has played numerous survival and extraction shooter games (such as DayZ, Escape from Tarkov, Once Human, SCUM, etc.), I feel that the RaidZone Mode in Once Human is too empty in terms of content. I believe there is no need to completely strip away the core gameplay to create a new mode. The ideal solution would be to maintain an open state where PvE and PvP coexist, similar to RaidZone Mode. Currently, the game experience feels very hollow, and you've even removed many of the unique systems that Once Human originally did very well |
The mission system and event gameplay are being gradually updated and added. These features will continue to enrich the gameplay in future updates, so please stay tuned |
|
In RaidZone Mode, it would be great if a video could be generated showing the 15 seconds (or more) before the core is destroyed. This would allow players to review the footage and determine whether their base was destroyed by cheaters or due to a bug exploit |
The replay function is very important. It can help players review their defensive weaknesses and improve their building strategies. This feature is already in our plans |

I think Blitz should be slightly slower, such as reducing flammable DMG |
In the future, we will optimize the cost ratio of destroying and building bases, making it easier for players to acquire building defense. The acquisition of flammable items will be more challenging compared to buildings of the same level |
|
I've been playing since the closed test stage.
You have done a lot of work up to this point.
The most banal feedbacks, Please remove the rudiments from the pve.
memetics, food, kitchen, animals.
Replace the sulfur miner in the desert with something more significant
Almost no one lives in the desert biome. There is a need to optimize the fuel-filled vehicles in the wasteland. After the addition of the vehicle miners, there are significantly fewer vehicles |
We are working on creating a more formal and survival-oriented RaidZone environment. Recently, we have been optimizing to meet players' demands for a development process and an immersive survival gameplay experience. We will re-evaluate the environment and pacing |
|
Additionally, please forbid all players who team up with more than 4 members. This rule would make the game fairer. If these issues are not resolved, we YouTubers will stop supporting this game. Their bases are repeatedly destroyed, and the gaming experience is extremely unfair. |
Illegal teaming has always been a difficult issue to reconcile. Currently, we are discussing this, and a mode split into a lone wolf mode might solve part of this problem. |
|
weekly basis, i think that it is too early and too often for the airdrop to happen, because it makes users not to keep making effort to gather resources and give up the game too early because it is not possible to stay long with self-effort to progress due to good geared users from airdrop. so i suggest that give us time to grow up with time and compete in equal condition. |
We are already working on this, but it is a very extensive task. We are gradually separating and segmenting it, striving to provide RaidZone players with an experience that better aligns with the RaidZone style. |
|
Also ban any player who teams up with more than 4 players. This rule will make the game fair for everyone. If you don’t fix these issues, we YouTubers will not support this game. Many YouTubers already stopped supporting it because bases get destroyed repeatedly and the game feels completely unfair. |
We will gradually derive and integrate more gameplay modes similar to Prismverse and Divergence based on the current core gameplay of RaidZone. Stay tuned! |

For new player when log out and dead dont loose all itemn |
We fully understand the pain points of Metas and will specifically address these issues with multiple optimizations to reduce the excessive loss of resources when Metas are offline |
|
Better beginner tutorial |
We have planned to create more detailed and intuitive beginner tutorials to help Metas quickly grasp the gameplay of RaidZone Mode |
|
Lors de la construction de la base en RaidZone mon amis ne pouvez plus passer les porte comme si la porte etait fermer, cela nous impact lors de defense de base, l'obligation de deco/reco pour regler se probleme prend du temps et es contraignant Cordialement |
To tackle this issue, we plan to enhance permission guidance or introduce a door-lock mechanism to more clearly display friend Territory permissions |
|
I've played every season since raidzone came out and here are some of the suggestions I have. 1. Month long servers. 2. Solo and or duo servers. 3. Ability to make R500 & small ammo at campsite for nomad players. 4. Better anti-cheat or IP bans for frequent offenders. 5. Ability to store materials inside the territory terminal so it can auto reinforce. 6. Server with only pvp no raid?
Theres a bug where the 2nd rider on a motorcycle lags when getting off. Thanks for all you do |
The idea from Metas about auto-reinforcement is excellent. We will consider optimizing the building reinforcement mechanism based on feedback from other Metas |
|
I'm a veteran player of RaidZone and Once Human, and I'm extremely disappointed with the current state of the game. I believe the difference between casual and hardcore modes should be reflected in base destruction time and Hive size. Currently, there's a massive player exodus, and even Meteor Vehicles are monopolized by large teams. Basic Players try the game once and never return. RaidZone is now dominated by organized teams and cheaters—four players can't compete against streamer teams of over a dozen. Working adults log in after work only to find their bases gone and quit immediately. My suggestions: extend protection time in casual mode and allow 8~16 player Hives in hardcore mode. Casual mode should strictly enforce 4-player Hives and ban teaming. This would properly separate Basic Players from high-intensity players. Cheating remains rampant. Once Human has solid foundations—please pay attention to these issues |
We have noticed and are continuously monitoring the different experiences of solo Players and team Players in the same game scenarios. We are considering whether optimizing both sides' gameplay experiences through mode segmentation is feasible. Metas are welcome to share any ideas via the feedback platform |
|
I didn't think it was very well thought out that the buildings would be almost indestructible during the night, meaning that those who work can't play this game, because during the day when they are working, their buildings will be destroyed by those that were protected during the night. The truth is that nobody needs protection, neither during the night nor during the day. Instead, the buildings need to stop being made of paper, destroyed by a sneeze from someone who sporadically enters the gam |
For Metas active during different time periods, we are also evaluating whether mode segmentation can enhance their gameplay experience. Further optimization plans are still under discussion |
|
Deve ser mais dificil de ser raidado no pvp zone, estou no inicio mais isso é muito importante pois ao ser raidado e perder todos o seu progresso muitos deixam de jogar |
We plan to redesign and reallocate wilderness resources and technology, adjusting the PVPvE combat experience and resource acquisition progression for Metas in different regions and Strongholds at various stages |
Once Human Development Team
