Dear Metas,

From October 10th to October 16th, Once Human banned a total of 331 Players. This includes 319 players penalized for cheating, 61 accounts suspended for alt-account exploitation and linked violations, 37 players penalized for malicious interference.

We've been receiving ongoing reports from Metas about cheating behavior, and we've been verifying and acting on them as quickly as possible. We understand how much these violations can negatively affect the experience of honest players. To improve the in-game environment, we're currently focusing on the following measures:

1. Raising the cost and difficulty of using alternate accounts to cheat.

2. Improving detection and prevention for common hacks, including flying, wall clipping, teleportation, auto-aim, wallhacks, and AoE DMG exploits, so we can stop and punish violations more effectively.

3. Introducing compensation mechanisms to help make up for the negative experience caused by cheating.

These improvements are being rolled out in phases and will be completed in the near future. We appreciate your patience and support. If you come across any violations in-game, please report them through the official reporting channel. We will review and address unfair behavior as quickly as possible. Let's work together to maintain a fair and healthy game environment and combat malicious actions. Thank you for your understanding and support!

Below is a list of players recently penalized for severe violations. The accounts involved have been reviewed and confirmed to be in violation. For any questions, please contact in-game customer support.

1. Language violations

From October 10th to October 16th, 2025, a total of 278 players received bans of varying durations for language violations:

30 days — 18 players

7 days — 11 players

1 day — 182 players

2 hours — 67 players

(Due to space limitations, we do not provide the list of players banned for speech violations.)

We've been paying close attention to feedback regarding the chat restriction system and have launched a focused optimization effort. Improvements include upgraded smart filtering to reduce false positives and better manual review processes for more accurate judgment. We'll continue refining this system to make communication smoother.

2. Use of cheats or hacks

We will identify the characteristics of newly discovered cheats and use them for retroactive investigations. After banning an account, we will check if it has any associated "alt" accounts and ban those as well.
