TRENDING QUESTIONS Q&A

06/12/2025 TRENDING QUESTIONS Q&A

Hey Metas!

Long time no see! In today's article, we’ve packed some juicy updates—official answers to trending questions that everyone’s been asking about!

Trending questions

Q: When can we expect to see the more flexible dyeing feature and the option to split Cosmetics?

A:We've definitely noticed the strong demand for customizations in appearances. Regarding dyeing feature, we plan to offer more dyeable looks and a more flexible dyeing system in the future.

As for the desire for more freedom in Cosmetics combinations, some aspects can't be drastically changed due to underlying structural limitations. However, we are actively exploring ways to provide more flexible Cosmetics combinations, and we'll keep you updated on our progress moving forward.

Q: The Wish Box on mobile version is malfunctioning. When can we expect it to be fixed?

A: This issue has been urgently fixed!

Q: What's going on with some Metas' character customization data being reset?

A: We have resolved the issue and the compensation has already been sent out.

Q: Some Metas are experiencing an issue where their health bar suddenly drops to zero after entering the game. What's going on?

A: We’ve received feedback from Metas about this issue and have already fixed it.

Q: Is it a bug that my movement speed decreases after eating the Stardust Ratatouille?

A: This was a bug caused during performance optimization by the development team. It has now been fixed.

Q: Will the Way of Winter scenario test server be wiped later?

A: This server will not be wiped, so feel free to enjoy the experience.

Q: There are too few qualifications for Custom Server access. Is there any way to open up more slots?

A: Since the Early Access for the Custom Server was launched, we've noticed a high level of enthusiasm from Metas wanting to experience it. We will gradually open up more qualifications for Custom Server in the near future, so be sure to keep an eye on the updates from the official platform.

Endless Dream & RaidZone Related Issues

Q: Why adjusted the reward for defeating the highest-level Light Dreamer?

A: Since the early access of the 'Endless Dream' scenario began, the enthusiasm from Metas has remained exceptionally high. Due to the overwhelming interest in challenging the Light Dreamer, we've made adjustments to the distribution of related resources to ensure gameplay balance. This is to prevent any numerical imbalances and to build a sustainable growth system.

Q: Will the Points system in the Dream Zone of the Endless Dream scenario be adjusted? There are currently too many low-level accounts just idling.

A: We are currently evaluating adjustments to the reward distribution system for the Dream Zone gameplay. Our aim is to establish a more equitable relationship between input and rewards to reduce idle behavior. We expect to roll out the updates by the end of this month.

Q: Is it possible to allow teleportation to dungeons and Public Crisis Events within the Dream Zone? Traveling to participate currently takes too much time.

A: We will be lifting the teleportation restrictions for dungeons and Public Crisis Events in the Endless Dream scenario in the next version, set to release on July 3.

Q: How will the issue of lag and damage loss be resolved?

A: Due to a large concentration of Metas in certain areas and the high computational load from some weapon damage effects, the server has been under significant stress, leading to issues like damage absorption and lag, which has negatively impacted the player experience.

We are currently working on optimization to reduce server load. Additionally, for high-issue areas in the 'Endless Dream' gameplay, we are evaluating adjustments to the reward distribution system. Our goal is to create a more balanced relationship between input and rewards to discourage idle behavior and reduce inappropriate clustering. We expect to complete these optimizations within this month.

Q: I feel that 'Endless Dream' is not very suitable for solo players. Will there be any adjustments in the future?

A: In fact, Endless Dream does leave room for solo players (Hint: Metas can utilize special items and mechanics within the game to have surprising experiences.) If some aspects of the gameplay still feel too challenging, we encourage Metas to consider joining a multiplayer environment to meet more friends and participate in challenges together.

Q: Is the difficulty of the Endless Dream scenario too high?

A: We are currently making adjustments to the difficulty level based on player feedback. We will continue to refine the difficulty of the scenario to ensure that the majority of players can have a good experience.

Q: The bright white light when entering and exiting the Dream Zone is too harsh. Will there be any optimization for this?

A: We have already noticed this issue and will be making adjustments and optimizations in the next version. If anyone encounters areas where the lighting is too dark or too bright, please feel free to take screenshots in the game and contact us via "Co-Dev Feedback Platform". We will make targeted adjustments.

Q: The lightning damage in the Endless Dream scenario is too high!

A: We’ll adjust this issue in the July version.

Q: The new scenario lacks guidance for new players, and many players don't know how to play when they enter!

A: As the current scenario is still in the early access phase, we acknowledge that our guidance is not yet sufficient. In the next version, we will be adding more guidance to help players quickly understand the gameplay.

Q: There's a lot of cheating in RaidZone. How do you plan to handle it?

A: The issue of cheating in the RaidZone is something we take very seriously. We have always implemented the strictest measures for banning cheaters. Bans are enforced at the account, and we also investigate related accounts on the corresponding devices for collective action. Players can check the specific ban list in our previous Fair Play announcements.

Currently, we are working on protective measures and solutions against new cheating methods. If players encounter suspicious cheaters, we encourage them to describe the situation thoroughly in the reporting interface to provide us with more information.

After the version update on June 5, players will be able to quickly report issues from the kill screen, and we welcome timely reports. Please note that the investigation process may take some time, usually around 1-2 business days. Players can check the progress of their reports through the reporting receipt interface.

Additionally, some players have suggested device bans, which we are also considering and researching appropriate solutions for. Players can keep an eye on our Fair Play announcements for updates, and we will share the latest progress in a timely manner.

Q: Is Cross-Wall shooting in the RaidZone considered cheating?

A: We have not currently detected any wallhacks. After investigation, we found that the situation is due to a loading bug. However, if anyone discovers players exploiting this bug for unfair gameplay, please report it in-game, and we will verify the reports and take appropriate action, including account bans.

That’s all for this episode of Q&A! If you have any feedback or questions about Once Human, please feel free to reach out on our community or social media platforms! Thank you, Metas, for your continued support!
