Greetings!

We have detected that between May 28 and May 29, due to a data malfunction, some Players abnormally obtained more in-game items than expected (event check-in rewards). Here, we extend our sincerest apologies to all Players. To ensure long-term fairness in the game environment, we will implement the following measures:  

Issue Resolution Plan:  

For affected Meta-Humans:

1. If the abnormally obtained items are Insufficient compared to the normal threshold, we will provide corresponding item compensation.

2. If the abnormally obtained items fall within the normal threshold range, you may keep the items without any action required.

3. For portions where the abnormally obtained items significantly exceed the normal threshold, we will reclaim these items by June 9.  

We will complete the corresponding compensation and item reclamation by June 9. All affected Players will receive a notification via in-game mail.
