The following are frequently asked questions Ultimate Beta Test.
1. Will there be any new content in the Cross-Platform test
A: This Cross-Platform test will not feature any new content. Participants will use their existing PC characters, and the available content will be identical to the PC version.
2. Is the Cross-Platform test available on both Android and iOS?
A: Yes. Android users will have access to an installation package, while iOS users will receive invitations via TestFlight. Please note that due to platform restrictions, TestFlight slots are limited. As a result, some iOS users may receive an invitation but be unable to download the installer. Thank you for your understanding.
3. How do I register for the Cross-Platform test
A: Players who meet the criteria and previously completed the registration survey will receive an Email invitation, granting them access to the Cross-Platform test.
4. Where can I download the installer for the Cross-Platform test
A: We will invite the Metas to participate in the test via email. Please click the link in the invitation email to complete the download.
iOS users should wait for a TestFlight Email invitation.
There will be no pre-download phase for this test. We will open the download page on official web by February 27 (PST).
* Previous test clients cannot be updated to the client for this test. If you participated in earlier tests, please uninstall any old clients before installing the new one.
5. What content is available in the Cross-Platform test
A: All content in the current PC release will be available. Please report any feedback or issues you encounter, as it will help us to optimize the game.
6. Is data from the test shared across PC and mobile?
A: Yes, it is. Test participants can use their characters from the PC version and play with their friends.
7. What is the format of the Cross-Platform test
A: This is a limited-capacity test, and monetization will not be enabled on the mobile client. Players can continue to use the PC version of Once Human unrestricted.
8. What devices are supported for the Cross-Platform test

* Although the range of supported devices has been expanded for this test, you may still encounter compatibility issues such as crashes and overheating. You can report any such problems to us on the Co-Dev Feedback Platform. If your device is supported but cannot open the game, let us know, and we will deal with the issue as soon as possible. 9: Can I stream or produce videos from the Cross-Platform test
A: Yes, you can.
10. I participated in previous tests. Do I still need to register for this test?
A: Yes, registration is required for the Cross-Platform test, and participation is by invitation only. Eligibility for previous tests does not carry over to this test.
11. Can I participate in the Cross-Platform test if I'm using the Steam or Epic client on PC?
A: Yes, you can. Once the test begins, you can log in to the mobile client using your Steam or Epic account.
