Dear Metas,

We're committed to addressing your thoughts in the Once Human community, and to resolving issues and enhancing the game accordingly. Here's a summary of the fixes we've implemented this week:

To allow more time for collecting and opening Spring Festival Lucky Crates, the Lucky Painting event has been extended through February 23. From February 12 to February 16, we will distribute 12 Lucky Crates in total via daily in-game mail. These crates will be split across the 5-day period—be sure to log in every day to claim your rewards!
