Dear Metas:

We've discovered a technical issue where Twitch Drops rewards sent to your in-game mailboxes were automatically deleted if not claimed within 24 hours.

We've fixed that bug. Now, when Twitch Drops rewards arrive in your mailbox, you'll have a full two weeks to claim them.

For those affected by this issue, we've re-sent your unclaimed rewards to your in-game mailboxes as of this Friday (November 8). Please log in and claim them at your earliest convenience.
