Dear Metas,

To uphold fairness and foster a positive gaming environment, we are determined in our efforts to combat cheating and the malicious exploitation of bugs. Several measures have been implemented to tackle these issues:

1. Regarding Multiple Alternate Accounts by Studios

We will be tightening our monitoring of alternate accounts. Accounts involved in exploiting resources through multiple linked accounts (alternate accounts) will be closely monitored and targeted. We will take strong actions, including permanent bans, against studios and malicious alternate accounts.

2. Notice on Violations in The Way of Winter

If you come across malicious actions such as exploiting Thermal Towers to occupy or sell land, please use the map view to select the specific Thermal Tower and report it. You can also report inappropriate comments in the wilderness. Once verified, we'll take strict action, including banning accounts involved in multi-account abuse for malicious land occupation.

Any behavior that disrupts normal gameplay or negatively impacts others will be met with penalties, from mutes to account bans ranging from one day up to permanent, depending on the severity of the violation.

3. Players using vehicles to obstruct passages

players can now report vehicles, making it easier for us to deal with vehicle-related violations. As we understand that some obstructing vehicles may have been left by accident, the first offense will result in a warning via in-game mail. If the same player is reported by multiple users and is determined to be acting intentionally and maliciously, we will issue a penalty appropriate to the specific case.

To prevent unused vehicles from creating obstructions in the wilderness, we will be making relevant adjustments in future patches. Unused vehicles, except for RVs, shall be automatically recalled after a set period. Meanwhile, RVs will have clearly demarcated no-parking zones (such as at Stronghold entrances). Any RV left in a no-parking zone will be automatically recalled. We hope these changes will result in a more pleasant and enjoyable game. Thank you for your understanding and support.

4. Cheating

We have increased the penalty for using cheats and hacks from a character ban to an account ban. Furthermore, the penalty may be extended to alternate accounts belonging to the same player. We will also closely monitor and combat the use of alternate accounts for resource farming.
