Since the launch of The Way of Winter scenario on October 17, we have received a lot of player feedback. We will answer some of the most frequently asked questions here.

1.Why are there so few servers for The Way of Winter? Will more be added in the future?

A: We are actively monitoring The Way of Winter servers and will open additional servers as needed. A new batch of servers has already been opened, and you can sign up for them.

2.Why didn't I receive the compensation for latency and Scenario Exit Card issues?

A: We sent compensation for latency and Scenario Exit Card issues to all players via in-game mail on October 17. If you did not receive the mail, please check if any of the following situations applies to you.

The compensation mail was only sent to characters created before October 17. Characters created after October 17 will not receive the compensation mail.If you sign up for and enter a new scenario, all mail in your Mailbox will be deleted. Any unclaimed mail items will be automatically claimed and transferred to the new scenario in accordance with the season transfer rules:Items that can be carried over to the new season will be claimed automatically by the current character.Items that can be transferred to Eternaland will be sent to your Eternaland Depot when you enter a new scenario.Items that cannot be carried over across seasons will be discarded.

Please check your Backpack and Eternaland Depot to see if the compensation items have been automatically claimed.

If you are a returning player who signed up for a new scenario in Eternaland, you will receive the mail and claim the compensation when you enter the new scenario. This is because mail cannot be accessed in Eternaland.

If none of the above situations applies to you, but you have not received the compensation mail, please inform us via the Co-Dev Feedback Platform or contact customer support.

3.My Deviation vanished after I deposited it into the Securement Unit at Mitsuko's hut in The Way of Winter. What should I do?

A: We have begun data retrieval for Deviations deposited into the Securement Unit at Mitsuko's hut in The Way of Winter. Due to the large volume of data, this will take some time. We will gradually restore the vanished Deviations to affected players starting this week. If you have just entered The Way of Winter scenario, please do not deposit your Deviations into the Securement Unit in this dungeon. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

4.When I enter The Way of Winter, my level becomes Lv. 50 and I cannot play the game. What should I do?

A: Due to a technical issue, a minority of players were shown to be Lv. 50 and could not play the game after entering The Way of Winter scenario. This is a display error caused by a bug, and your actual level has not changed. We have issued an emergency fix for this bug and have restored the affected players' data and provided compensation. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.

5.Will there be a hard mode for The Way of Winter?

A: There are currently no plans to open a Hard Mode server for The Way of Winter, as we want to focus on optimizing the existing scenarios and developing new ones. Feel free to send us your suggestions regarding the Way of Winter scenario, and we will make adjustments and improvements based on your feedback.

6.Why can't I use my Nutcracker - Silver Gentleman?

A: A technical issue was preventing players from using Nutcracker - Silver Gentleman. We have fixed this issue and reissued the item to affected players.

7.Why are my Deviations missing after switching servers?

A: There are four possible reasons why your Deviations are missing:

a. If your Deviations are missing, first try going to Eternaland and checking if they are in your Spacetime Backpack and Temporary Backpack.

b. If you have placed your Deviations in a friend's territory, please retrieve them before switching servers. If you do not, you will need to wait until your friend switches servers or dismantles the Securement Units containing your Deviations, then go to Eternaland to retrieve them from your Spacetime Backpack or Temporary Backpack.

c. If your Vault is full, you will lose your Deviations if their Securement Units are demolished (either by yourself or other players). To avoid losing Deviations, please ensure your Vault has space before the Securement Units are demolished either actively or passively.

d. If both your Spacetime Backpack and Temporary Backpack are full, any further Deviations sent to the Spacetime Backpack or Temporary Backpack will be lost. Please make sure to clear your Backpacks regularly.

8. Why do my Deviations have low Mood?

A: If an Extradimensional Cat in your territory has the Moonlit Jewels attribute, it might cause other Deviations to work continuously, leading to low Mood.

The weather reminders are overly disruptive. Can I disable them?

A: We have received players' feedback on the weather reminders and are working on optimizing them. These optimizaions will be launched soon.
