We noticed that, due to technical issues, some players failed to obtain Twitch Drops event rewards after completing the stream watching requirements.
The impacted Twitch Drop events include:
1. Weekly Event (2nd September – 8th September)
2. Weekly Event (9th September – 15th September)
3. Weekly Event (16th September – 22nd September)
We are sorry for any inconvenience caused and will send the event rewards to you via in-game email before 31th October. The events and relative in-game rewards are:

To receive the rewards, you need to go to the Twitch Drops event page (https://www.oncehuman.game/twitch/) and relink your character and your Twitch account again and login in the game once before 22th October.
(Note: The connected twitch accounts must be the ones that you used for participating the three weekly Twitch Drops events. Or we may not send you the rewards.)
