Given the need for strict and careful verification of each case, these processes typically require some time to confirm and address. If the reported player continues to offend while you await results, gather more detailed evidence to help us expedite the review.
Q: If I lend my account to someone else and their actions lead to a ban, can the ban be lifted?
A: No. Our penalties are imposed on the account itself, not the individual. Misconduct under your account affects others' experience, hence the account faces penalties. We also advise players not to share their accounts with others to prevent such issues.
