Since the launch of the Custom Server Community Creation Program, many Server Hosts have gained substantial earnings through the program. We sincerely thank all of you for your continued efforts in building a diverse and vibrant Custom Server community. To further reward your contributions, we are introducing a new pilot program on top of the current revenue-sharing model: The Dynamic Engagement Payout Bonus. With this new system, the prosperity of the community will be more closely tied to the earnings of every Server Host, allowing us to grow together and share the benefits of that growth!
The prize pool for this event will be directly linked to the overall revenue performance of Custom Servers. In addition to the existing revenue share from Community Creation Program, an extra Engagement Incentive Prize Pool will be established. As overall Custom Server revenue grows, we will continue adding generous bonus funds to this pool. All Custom Server Hosts are eligible to participate in the dividend distribution, and there is no upper limit on the size of the prize pool. The stronger the ecosystem grows, the greater the rewards will be.
1. Total Personal Engagement Score: During the event, your Engagement Score will be calculated daily and added together to determine your Total Personal Engagement Score for the full event period.
* Engagement Score Formula = (New Players + Returning Players) × 20 + Active Players × 5
2. Contribution Percentage: Your Personal Contribution % = Your Total Personal Engagement Score ÷ The sum of all Server Hosts' Total Personal Engagement Score.
3. Final Payout Amount: Your final bonus = Final Engagement Incentive Prize Pool Amount × Your Personal Contribution %.
Event Period: April 3, 2026 to April 16, 2026
Results Announcement: April 21, 2026
Calculation Rules: The Engagement Score is settled daily. Final bonus amounts will be calculated after the event ends and distributed within one week.
Prize Pool Updates: To keep everyone informed of bonus progress, the current total accumulated incentive prize pool across all Custom Servers will be announced every Tuesday and Friday during the event in the Custom Server Discussion Channel on official Discord: https://discord.com/channels/864458335532744716/1452922146396442634
Fairness Measures: After the event ends, we will verify and review all data. Any Server Host found using improper methods to artificially inflate player numbers will be disqualified from receiving rewards. The final Engagement Score will be based on official settlement data.
New Players: An account that has never created any character and logs in for the first time on your Custom Server.
Returning Players: An account that has not logged into the game for 14 days or more, and logs back in for the first time on your Custom Server.
Active Players: All other active users in your server (excluding New and Returning users).
*Appendix: About "Net Revenue"
We are committed to making sure the growth of the Custom Server ecosystem benefits every Server Host. To ensure full transparency in this event, the overall Custom Server net revenue used to calculate the prize pool refers to the actual revenue remaining after the total gross revenue generated by Custom Servers is reduced by the following necessary costs:
1. Third-party fee
2. Payment Processing Fees
3. Taxes
After these costs are deducted, 70% of the net revenue will be invested into the following areas: infrastructure, user experience, and content updates. This includes:
- Infrastructure: IT, servers and databases, and liveops infrastructure
- User Experience: anti-cheat, localization, customer support, Community Creation Program revenue sharing, and event promotion.
- Content Updates: Ongoing investment in game content updates and game development.
30% Direct Share: We will place 30% of net revenue directly into this event’s Engagement Incentive Prize Pool and distribute it in full to outstanding Server Hosts.
