The Console Closed Beta is officially live! To encourage all Metas to share their feedback and suggestions, we’re launching the [Console Closed Beta Feedback Eventy]. Feel free to report any issues you encounter or share ideas for improvement during the testing period—your input will help the console version of Once Human keep getting better.
Every bug report and suggestion you submit will be individually reviewed by the dev team. Valid feedback will earn you Points, and top-ranked Players will also receive additional rewards. We look forward to your participation, Metas!
Period: March 26 – April 9
Event Entry: In-game, go to [Events - More] to find this feedback event entry. Select the corresponding button based on the type of feedback and submit. There are two entry points on the page:

Points Rules: For each piece of valid feedback approved by the dev team, you will receive 1 Point. Valid feedback is content that includes a specific issue description or a clearly defined suggestion (submissions with no substantive content,such as “Hello” or “Test”, will be considered invalid).
Reward Rules: After the event ends, rewards will be distributed in tiers based on the Points Ranking. We will also send each Meta an in-game mail with their total Points and the corresponding rewards for their official server character.

During the event, all Players who submit valid feedback will receive a Participation Reward. At the same time, we will tally the Points from each Meta’s valid bug reports and valid suggestions combined. The top 10 Players in the Points ranking will also receive Battle Pass: Luxurious Edition Voucher * 1.
*All rewards will be sent to each Player’s account via in-game mail after Once Human officially launches on console. Please check your mailbox at that time.

Each person may claim the rewards for this event only once. If an account has multiple characters, the announced list will display only one character’s information per account.
We will tally each Meta’s total Points and compile the rankings. The winner list is expected to be announced on April 17.
