December 12 Community FAQ

12/13/2025 December 12 Community FAQ

You spoke, we listened! 👂 A huge shoutout to everyone who shared their thoughts with us. To make sure your voices are always heard, we're launching a feedback roundup! Here's a look at some of the recent conversations we've had.

Feedback: Whenever community members discuss RaidZone on Discord, cheaters and hackers are the topic they most often talk about. Account bans are ineffective because cheaters return with new accounts. Players want stronger anti-cheat measures, such as IP bans.

Answer: We have also noticed the issue that cheaters frequently change their accounts. The measures being implemented include expanding the scope of penalties, covering bans at the device, IP and other dimensions. Meanwhile, in the future, we will optimize the relevant detection and judgment logic to better block cheating capabilities, identify cheaters and other beneficiaries, reduce cheating space and improve penalty efficiency.

Feedback: When new cosmetics are released or when community members discuss cosmetics on Discord, they frequently complain that the outfits are too revealing or out of theme (e.g., animal-inspired outfits with tails). Many feel the cosmetics target a single customer segment and lack diversity. Players would like to see more realistic military and game-lore–themed outfits.

Answer: We have continuously received player suggestions regarding cosmetics design styles. We have also noticed that many players feel our recent designs are overly cute, inconsistent with the post-apocalyptic theme, and lack distinctiveness. Our art team reviews every piece of feedback on the Co-Dev Feedback Platform weekly and actively adjusts subsequent cosmetics designs based on player input. Additionally, we regularly distribute skin design surveys via in-game mails, and the direction of our future skin designs is mainly determined by aggregating player votes and players' feedback.
As our game is released globally, players from various regions around the world participate in voting and providing feedback on their preferred appearance styles. This may lead to feedback such as "Why aren't you releasing certain type skins that I like?" In most cases, this is because the feedback results we collected do not align with the individual preferences of specific players. Of course, to balance the design styles, we will continue to launch diverse themed skins.

We encourage Metas to submit suggestions on the Co-Dev Feedback Platform or actively participate in the voting for cosmetics design surveys. These inputs are truly taken into account when planning our future skin designs. Thank you for your understanding.

Feedback: Is there a possibility of increasing the storage capacity limit for the "Hive" and the "Deviant Boxes"? With the growing number of Deviant types and versions, 16 slots feel insufficient for collection, breeding, and fusion purposes.

Answer:No related plans at this time.

Feedback: Is the implementation of the Nightmare difficulty level still planned for Dungeons like LEA Labs, Black Sector (Zone of Haze), and Monoliths?

Answer:This is about wanting tougher dungeons and more diverse dungeon content. We’ve already got plans in the works and will keep chipping away at this development smoothly. However, the implementation format will not be limited to forms like adding a Nightmare variant for specific dungeons—it might also be brand-new dungeons with higher difficulty tiers, or a full revamp of some existing dungeons to tweak their challenge level.

Feedback: Is a bug u are suppose to talk to mitsuko first before being send into the scenario

Answer: This is a bug that appeared after the last version update, and it has now been fixed!

Feedback: When connecting to server, was laggy while on it, stuck on reconnecting now

Answer: If Metas encounter similar issues, please report them directly through the co-dev feedback platform (https://www.oncehuman.game/grfkpt/), and we will continue to follow up on them!
