Since the launch of the new Prismverse's Clash scenario, we have received many complaints and suggestions through the Once Human Co-Dev Feedback Platform and other channels. We have reviewed your feedback and acknowledge that the scenario is not up to standards. Here, we would like to respond to some of the issues and questions you have raised.

We noticed that, due to technical issues, some players failed to obtain Twitch Drops event rewards after completing the stream watching requirements. The impacted Twitch Drop events include: 1. Weekly Event (2nd September – 8th September) 2. Weekly Event (9th September – 15th September) 3. Weekly Event (16th September – 22nd September)

Dear Meta, Since the official release of Once Human version 1.2, we have been gathering community feedback and actively addressing your concerns. Here are the latest fixes we have implemented: 1. Fixed an issue where the Bright Cloudlight outfit had clipping problems under certain conditions. 2. Fixed an issue where the Bear Adventure Headwear headpiece caused hair to disappear.
