Once Human is Now Open for Pre-registration

Dear Metas,

Firstly, we would like to express our sincerest gratitude for your enthusiasm and attention towards our Closed Beta Test. Since the testing began on December 7th, we have received a tremendous amount of valuable suggestions and feedback. Originally, we planned to primarily conduct the testing in North America, but we were surprised to see the widespread interest from players all around the world. As of now, players from over 100 countries have participated in our testing, which fills us with immense joy.

In response to your enthusiasm and support, we have expanded the number of testers from 20,000 to 50,000. However, we also face certain difficulties. Under the current server testing conditions, we have found that the pressure to maintain continuous access is extremely high, which may affect the testing experience for existing players. As a result, we have made a difficult decision.

Starting from December 13th, 2023, 4:00:00 PST, we will be closing the download portal for the official website testing. However, we will not cease issuing testing qualifications. Instead, we will invite subsequent players to participate in our testing through a limited invitation system using activation codes. The rules for obtaining activation codes are as follows:

1. Fill out the questionnaire on our official website, www.oncehuman.game, and wait for the activation code to be sent to the provided email address.

2. Every week, we will randomly select 3,000 players from the questionnaire respondents, and on each Friday, we will send the activation codes and game download links to the qualified players' emails.

We sincerely apologize for our current limitations, which only allow us to support a portion of players for testing. However, please believe in our determination and efforts. It is your support that strengthens the entire development team's commitment to serving each player. We humbly listen to suggestions, continuously improve the product, fix bugs, and strive to provide everyone with a better gaming experience.
