Thank you all for watching our S1 preview livestream. This livestream included a warm-up and introduction to S1, as well as answers to some FAQs. For players who missed the livestream, there's no need to worry; you can check out the following content.

 

First, let's take a look back at the content of Visional Wheel S1: Starfall Inversion.


Then, we have introduced the Scenario System of Once Human again:

The scenario consists of a combination of multiple gameplay rules, modes, and game content. Different scenario will have distinct themes and objectives for gameplay.

Scenario affected by the 'Visional Wheel' will carry special rules. The latest 'Visional Wheel: Starfall Inversion' will create gravitational anomaly phenomenon in the corresponding vast world at specific times.

When the scenario process corresponding to the server enters the Settlement Phase, scenario switching will occur. Players can choose to stay in the current scenario or sign up to experience other scenario.

If the scenario switching phase has not yet been reached, but players still wish to change scenario, they can use the item 'Scenario Exit Card.' Please note: This item has a cooldown time and cannot be used multiple times in a short time.

For players who are currently in or have just completed 'Manibus (Novice) ,' it is recommended to prioritize experiencing scenario that does not carry the Visional Wheel.

 

During the live stream, we also addressed a lot of player questions. Here are the details:

 

Q1: The driving experience with the Afterveil motorcycle skin isn't as good as that of a regular motorcycle. In many situations, it tends to get stuck because of collision volumes. When will this be resolved?

A: Big thanks to everyone who gave us feedback on this! We’ve pushed some quick fixes, and I’m happy to say things are running smoothly again. So go ahead and jump back in — enjoy the game without any worries. And if you spot anything else weird, don’t hesitate to reach out! You can hit us up through the in-game feedback or jump into our Discord. We’re always here to listen and help out.

 

Q2:I've noticed issues with kitchen furniture not aligning properly and having incorrect dimensions. 

A:About this issue — all Metas can now turn on grid snapping in build mode, which makes lining up furniture way easier. We’ve always been focused on making building your territory smoother, and we’ll keep improving things like blueprints, grid alignment, and snapping. Our goal is to make building feel super intuitive, and we’ll be rolling out updates step by step to make that happen. Thanks so much for your support!

 

Q3: There are too many menus in the game, making it hard to find the functions I need. Will this be improved?

A:We truly appreciate your feedback regarding our game’s menu system. We’re currently prioritizing optimizations, starting with the ESC menu, and aim to complete these improvements by July.

Your input is invaluable to us—if there are specific menus you’d like to see refined, please feel free to share your suggestions (screenshots are welcome!) via the Co-Dev Feedback Platform. We’ll carefully review all feedback to guide our optimization efforts. Thank you for helping us make the game even better!

 

Q4:The variety of in-game currencies is overwhelming; it's difficult to differentiate them and their purposes are unclear. Can the currencies be simplified?

A:We have plans to integrate the exchange store into one place where you can see all your currencies at once. That said, it's not our top priority right now. But you can expect it to drop around July.

 

Q5:The interactions with dog deviations happen too frequently and can be quite disruptive during construction. 

A:We know this is something that needs work, and we’re already planning improvements. You can track the updates through our social media or the official site — we’ll make sure to keep you informed.

 

Q6:The lighting system is unstable; after the update, there are areas that are extremely dark or overly bright. Is that being addressed? 

A:We saw the lighting issue too — you’re not the only ones! We’re working on it behind the scenes, and we’ll drop an update as soon as we’ve made some solid progress.

 

Q7:  When will the private server feature be released? 

A: Yeah, private servers have been a hot topic lately, and we totally feel your hype! They’re currently being tested behind the scenes, and we can’t wait to roll them out soon.

 

Q8: Currently, we can raise a maximum of 6 animals. Is there a chance to increase this limit? 

A: It’s currently in development, so please look forward to raising more animals!

 

Q9: Will a first-person perspective be introduced?  

A: Currently, we don’t yet have plans to implement this feature as it would require major changes to the combat system framework. But yeah, we've been talking about it internally and  are now exploring what might be possible down the road.

 

Q10: Will there be a spectator mode that allows free switching of height and angle during viewing? 

A:No plans at the moment, but if that changes, you’ll be the first to know!

 

Q11: When can we expect new PVP gameplay to be released? 

A: Once Human's new PvP spin-off: RaidZone, will be available for early access on May 21 (PT), with the official release scheduled for July.

 

At the same time, we gathered some questions from players and would like to take this opportunity to respond to them.

 

Q12: Will we have controller support for mobile?

A: We have received feedback from players and are currently evaluating technical solutions internally. We will keep you informed as soon as we have any updates.

 

Q13: Will the map expand or merge with other scenarios?

A: Yeah, in the new PvE scenario Endless Dream, the current eastern and northern regions will be merged together.

 

Q14: Will we improve our anti-cheat system with an increase of reports against players flying / speed hacks / god mode?

A: Yes of course, we will continue to make improvements and are looking to implement a more comprehensive anti-cheat system in the future.

 

Q15: When will players get a higher decoration limit / building limit?

A: We are currently conducting internal test on the building limits. As we need to ensure compatibility across multiple platforms, this requires a longer testing period. Once the adaptation is complete, we will announce the release as soon as possible. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and we appreciate your understanding.
