Recently, we have received many valuable suggestions from you. To enhance the game's quality and your overall experience, we've carefully reviewed feedback on the 3Cs (Character, Controls, Camera) and had a thorough discussion with the development team.
The majority of the feedback centered around the following aspects:
I. Walking, Sprinting, and Vaulting
Currently, the player character takes about 0.3 seconds to start moving. We are taking steps to remove this delay in an upcoming update. The movement windup animation consists of about 20 movements and is quite intricate, so refining some of the details will require some time. We are also planning to optimize the vaulting action. In the current version, the character vaults simultaneously when they jump. We intend to change this so that the character only begins vaulting after reaching a certain height. This will make their movement feel more natural and smooth. These optimizations are expected to come with the mid-August update.
II. Addition of First-Person Perspective
Including a first-person perspective may result in conflicts with the current game design. In response to your requests, we will consider adding first-person elements into future scenarios and game modes. However, we have no plans to add a first-person perspective to the game at present.
III. Cursor Delay
We have implemented optimizations to deal with cursor delay. If you continue to experience cursor delay, please let us know and we will follow up as soon as possible.
IV. 3D Motion Sickness
This is primarily caused by the camera wobble effect during character running. If the effect makes you feel uncomfortable, you can disable it in Settings.
[ESC] → [Mouse/Display] → Adjust [Camera Controls - Screen Shake Intensity]
[ESC] → [Video] → Disable [Performance - Motion Blur]
V. Press Once to Keep Sprinting
You can already press a key once to continue sprinting. Go to Settings to review or modify the current controls according to your preference.
[ESC] → [Control] → Enable [Press to Sprint]
VI. Controller Support
We plan to add controller support in August.
The upcoming update will also include combat optimizations, like dynamic damage indicators, to improve the in-game shooting experience. If you have other suggestions, do let us know via the Feedback channel. Thanks for supporting the game!
